Outstanding care from this office for many years beginning with front desk team to the back office nurses and my PA, Katrina Rosin. My health has improved drastically with their dedication to care. I feel like she listens to me and addresses all my concerns without making me feel guilty or shamed about my health. I have always had great experiences with the doctors, nurses, and PAs, but the scheduling is getting challenging, and the waits for appointments can be long. I appreciate the flexible days and hours, but there seems to be a capacity issue. My experience with the receptionists/desk staff have varied widely from warm and helpful to dismissive. Never any problems with insurance or billing.

Dr. Neeland is amazing. She always take her time with my mother and doesn’t mind explain and repeating herself. She is so caring and personable. I would definitely recommend her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boehm for many years and have been seen by various doctors and PAs. They are universally personable and professional. I have received excellent care whoever I see. Communication is key and everyone I’ve seen has taken the time for whatever explanation I need. Moreover the practice will accommodate situations requiring appointments on short notice. Needless to say - highly recommended.

Everyone has been great! Jill and Lisa with reception were very sweet and welcoming both on the phone and in person. I met with PA Debra and she was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I havent been to a doctor in a long time and she really listened to me and wanted to help. I will continue to use Coal Creek as my pcp going forward.

Dr. Meredith has been my doctor for many years. He is fantastic, detail oriented and thorough regarding my health. He takes the time to understand all aspects of my health, and provide me with services and advice to address all of my concerns and stay healthy. He always goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I’m never rushed, he listens, provides insight, and then offers solutions and support. Best family doc ever.
